While we strive to exceed your expectations, each project we develop follows an established process.

Phase 1: The Scope

We work with you to define the project. We collect your organization's information, perform background research, competitor studies, budget and time constraints, review browser compatibilities, define your target audience, etc... Next, a representative from your organization is established as a liaison and the project is clearly defined. These initial consultations are free of charge and obligation.

Phase 2: The Architecture

We reevaluate the original information gathered in stage one, and then we develop the framework of the site. We provide design comprehensives (comps) for your review and approval. After the comps are accepted, we agree to further pursue the project. Specific features of the site -- such as dynamic content -- are also defined and approved by the liaison. Next, we provide a quote for approval and enter an agreement. There are no hidden charges. The amount of your investment is established before moving to the next stage.

Phase 3: Design & Testing

Creativity at its best we visually and functionally developed the site. When the look and feel is established, the site is ready to enter full production. We perform multiple rounds of in-house testing for everything from code correction to spelling and programming stability. After testing and the approvals are complete, we move on to stage four.

Phase 4: Production & Implementation

After the content and development is complete a final round of testing ensures the best performing site possible. Then all the final pieces are put in place for a review and we agree to launch the site.

Phase 5: Maintenance & Updates

Following implementation, you may enter a maintenance stage, allowing for regular content updates or changes. This can also include other stages if you request additions to the site.
